How can I create a user account?

To create a user account, log on to or download the mobile app on Google play store.

Can my product request be tracked?

Yes, the status of each sales request can be tracked by clicking on the “track transaction” tool on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

Can already paid for orders be cancelled?

No, once a sale is complete and the payment status reads “Paid”, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

How long before I get my product release ticket?

Once your payment status reads “Paid”, you can access your release ticket on the platform.

What payment methods are available on the platform?

Customers can pay via Remita, Internet Banking or at the their Bank Branch.

Are there other costs to be incurred other than payment for products?

There is currently a N50 charge to customers for each processed payment.

Is there a limit to the amount I can pay?

Your daily transaction limit is set by your bank, please contact your bank to increase your transfer limit.

Can I make multiple smaller payments for the same transaction?

Yes, you can make multiple payments up to the full value of the transaction. You will only receive a release ticket for the volume of product already paid for.
